ABOUT SEAN NEWMAN:
Hailing from Philadelphia, Sean has been focused on physical fitness and training from a very young age. Whether it was starting as point guard in the Basketball league, or on the Football Team, or even a starter on his Baseball team, Sean sees fitness and training in terms of personal goals and strives to reach his best. He even holds a record for the most points scored in a High School Basketball game for the state of Philly - with 58 points. This desire to reach his best is a core philosophy for his approach to personal training and, it is the ability to see the potential in others and support them in this process that makes him more than just another personal trainer.

Certified with AFAA (American Fitness and Aerobics Association) in 2000, Sean makes it a priority to stay on top of the latest fitness information and dietary news. This on going education not only keeps his clients in the best possible physical shape, but also keeps his mind challenged and looking for new ways to get fast results.
