I had a blessed one cause, well. I spent time with my beautiful family. My Grandmother cooked some great food! Her macaroni & cheese and yams! They were BANGING is all I can say. Her dinner was so good! Gotta love it! May God continue to bless and my whole family!

Some Things Just Happen...

Today, my day was going good. I mean my Granddaddy was released home from the hospital. Thank GOD he is doing a lot better! As my day goes on...I happen to lose my cell phone...I know that y'all would like to know how that happened...Well, I kinda dropped it right in to the toilet LMAO...Yep, the toilet...I was rocking a black hoodie....But, as some people who may get mad...I just looked at it like...well...sh** happens...I am not the type of woman that is all about the superficial things in life....I just have to get it replaced...Not too much of a big deal...But, the only down fall about that is...Is that I do not remember all of my friends phone numbers that I had in my cell phone...But, I honestly did not talk to half of them that were even in my cell phone anyway lol. But as, long as I have my family and my close friends not associates...I am really not even sweating this...But, I did get very frustrated when it first happened...Anyway, I had to get that off my chest...Some things just happen...

I saw this video early this morning when I came back home from my Grandparents house in G-Town. My Granddaddy is in the hospital as of right now. He is doing a lot better. But, please keep him in your prayers. He has been through so much in his elderly years.
But, as for this video. I saw it this morning on VH1 when my big sister was watching it. I heard it and was like. "What is that dudes name?" I am really liking this song." My sis told me that he is from American Idol. Ha, no wonder I did not know who he was lol. I am really not a fan of A.I. any more.

Left Eye was definitely one of my favorite rappers back in the day. And, still is till this day. If you guys know about her solo album "Supernova". She really did speak on how she felt about things and her group members T-Boz and Chilli. Craaazy album by the way. Left Eye was a very out spoken woman and I loved that about her. Kanye West kinda remembers me of a male version of Left Eye. Ya know as for him speaking what ever is on his mind. Check out the freestyle above that she wrote. When it comes to DCMA. I found out about this brand from a homie of mine Blake S. I am loving these t-shirts. The hoodies are most definitely my favorite. For the note. This is an expensive brand. The hoodies that I like are $46.00. I love the detail that are in the them. And, the t-shirts are $25.00. I love the ones with Obamas name on it. And, its in my favorite color too red. Straight fire lol! I like that one too!

GOD IS SO AMAZING!

As, you all know. First off, let me say that when it comes to the holidays. It gets very hard me on. I mean ya know I get to thinking about my Mom. Anyway, today was a blessed and thankful day. I went to see of my family from out of town that I don't get to see that often. They came to North Carolina from Raleigh North Carolina which is only like a 2 1/2 hour drive. It was like I have not see them in like years. Today is Thanksgiving and I am thanking God for all that he has blessed me with!
God has definitely showed me and my family favor! My Grandparents have been through so much. They have lost four out of 5 of their children. I thank God for my Grandparents each and every day for them. They have been through so much in elderly years. I feel like God has them here on this earth for a reason. My family cooked most of the food and we all brought it over to their house. We talked, we laughed, we cried, we all shared a story or too. Anyway, I am blessed that on Thanksgiving. Most of my Grandparents grandchildren were their and Great Grands children.
Thanksgiving to me is all about thanking God for our blessings. Like we should do each and everyday we wake up. Well, my Thanksgiving was great I spent it with my Grandparent and most of my family. Just wanted to share a bit about my Thanksgiving.

808's & HEARTBREAK

Dropped today! He was on 106&Park tonight. Kanye said and I quote. "I don't wont to seem like I am complaining about my situation. I'm in a good place in my life right now. I wont to apologize for acting like a child." Since the passing of his Mom. He is really trying to be a better man. I am glade to hear Kanye say those things. I can relate to Kanye when it comes to the passing of his Mother.

Continuing from the Kanye post...

I lost my Mother when I was very young 10 tens old. That was a very hard time for me in my life. It is still hard for me at times. Their is nothing like having a Mother watch you grow to become a woman or man. But, I know that my Mom is very proud of her baby girl. All I can say is that God got me through all the pain and the struggles in that time in my life. And, even now. At times I sit back and think of my Mom. Yeah, I cry. But, I also thank God for the great memories that I have of my gorgeous Mother. People that knew or worked with my Mom. Tell me that I look just like her. That just makes my day to hear people tell me that. Ha, it even puts a smile on my face. Sometimes my Granddaddy can't even look at me. Cause, I look so much like her. I am trying my best to continue her legacy. I love you Momma. Just thought I would share this with y'all. Since, Kanye and I have been through the same thing. When it comes to losing a love one such as a Mother.

I happen to come across one 1/2 of the JL Production's J. Lorenzos blog. When I noticed this dope interview from JL Productions. I checked it out a liked what I read. Android Homme is a brand launching by JL Productions.
